According to our opinion, ANA All Nippon Terminal 2 observation deck is the best of the three decks. This deck faces the ocean and the runway. There were no large block obstructions at the International Terminal of the runway view. The traffic at the Terminal 1 JAL is a lot more brisk which makes JAL action worth seeing.
