Famous Canadian aviation entrepreneur Max Ward started out as a bush pilot up in Yellowknife and by the 1960s had established his company Wardair as a charter airline flying Canadians to holiday destinations in Europe and the Sun with a reputation for fantastic customer service. This film tells the story of Wardair from its founding through to the mid 1980s, just before the airline was sold to Pacific Western Airlines along with CP Air, and the creation of Canadian Airlines.
