Hi there my name is Henry Tenby and I am a Vancouver based Avgeek, born and raised here and a lifelong fan of CP Air.

The CP Air News was the airline’s in-house organ to communicate company news to the staff over the years. I was lucky enough to collect a number of the issues from the early to mid 1980s. This was a fascinating era when the airline was losing millions of dollars per week and laying off thousands of staff and selling off surplus aircraft such as the DC-8s.

I think these issues are of historical significance for both CP Air fans and avgeeks in general, so I decided to get them scanned to digital format. We have quite a number of these issues scanned and available in the library here on JetFlix TV and I invite you to check them out.
