Q) How can I cancel my membership?
A) We’re sorry to see you go. If you must, follow these steps to cancel your membership:

1) Go to the home page and login in to your account (click Sign In upper right corner of home page).
2) Click the “Subscriptions” Tab
3) Click “Turn off auto-renew” (this will stop your payment method from being charged on your next renewal date).

Q) How can I change the credit card I have on file for my account?
A) Go to your account / profile and then click the small “Update Card” link at the bottom:
