In this video we make a final departure from the Domestic Terminal at Istanbul Ataturk airport aboard a Turkish Airlines Airbus A330 to Izmir. The video starts with our early morning arrival at the Domestic Terminal and a relaxing visit at the lounge before we head to the gate to prepare for our departure.

We then get to enjoy a nice apron tour at Istanbul airport on the bus which took all the passengers for the flight from the terminal building to the remote stand, near the Turkish Airlines Technik hangars, where our Airbus A330 was awaiting for us. We enjoyed the nice pre flight safety video featuring Batman and other cartoon characters, and a relaxed taxi to our departure runway, right in front of the famous FlyInn spotter’s location in Florya.

The flight to Izmir was relaxing, fast and and enjoyable. A light sandwich was served which was quite tasty, and in now time we were on approach to Adnan Menderes airport at the Aegean coastal city of Izmir, some 35-40 minutes air time from Istanbul Ataturk airport.
